- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Patients BEWARE! This facility would charge amounts in addition to insurance copayments/coinsurance obligations. Then they'll claim "you have a credit" in your account but even if you're done with your treatment, they will not refund your balance and state that such credit can only be used to pay further services. And here's where it becomes interesting: if you have a credit, they would charge you first as opposed to your insurance, so they can charge full service rates and use your credit for payment (good for them, not for you). Any remaining balances are charged to insurance discounted rates (good for you, not for them). To add insult to injury, we were also charged twice for same service on certain service dates.
