- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst dental experience of my life! Waited til noon to see the dentist...my appointment was for 10 am. Then they told me I couldn't get my teeth cleaned until I paid $260 for a gingivitis treatment. I left vowing never to go back again. Was treated poorly by staff and the dental "exam" was the shortest one ever. He did not examine every tooth and measure gum pockets as my other dentists have. Just took a quick cursory look and told me I needed a treatment plan. Then I made an appointment with another dentist and even though I signed a release and had the new dentist call for my x-rays Aspen still has not sent them. I just went back to Dental Care of West Melbourne and they were nice to send my x-rays a second time for free. Once to Aspen and a second time to my new dentist. In my opinion, Aspen Dental is nothing but corporate thieves trying to upsell patients at every opportunity. After 2 hours of wasted time I left without even a future appointment to have my teeth cleaned. They wouldn't clean my teeth unless I first got their gingivitis treatment for $260. Never again.
