- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called the week of October 10th and made a new patient appointment. The girl that answered the phone was not very pleasant to speak with. Thought maybe she was busy or having a rough day. Well I called back today October 17th to let her know I didn't have my insurance ID number yet. She replied with "why can't you get your insurance number" with a HUGE attitude. I asked her name and told her to cancel my appointment and that I would be going somewhere else.
